Opinion about depression
Dear All, I am Paras Nath Mishra, Thalassaemia Expert I am very happy to sharing my knowledge with you all. I hope more than more people like me my this opinion about depression. However I know and may be it’s also help to government sector for made policy plan for the stop depression from our country and also from the world. As this matter and my personal experience is that “every small and positive knowledge helps to made every big knowledge” then why not we start from our one positive words? Of course we can do so let’s we start…. Now…………….. today I am going to talking about depression. I am talking about it because the world’s big population affecting day by day from this problem. And I always try to keep my own brain to give positive massage and will aware- from the Knowledge. First of all we understand that, what is depression? Before the describing I remain you to all that I won’t anything’s keeps any books knowledge and from any sources so mostly many issues seems different from the any sources. It’s true because I would like to explain upon me experience any way. In my sense It was the condition of deep pressure of mind which is forcing to us to think abnormal than the normal condition as well as it is a sign of negative thoughts where we obligate to take wrong decision and It’s a different behave and mind (thought) than the normal. But It’s not mean that all different behave and different thought been as a depression some is rare and kind of gorgeous which may be proof as a big mind but we won’t understand that easily due to confusion. Why, when and how people infected by the depression? It was depending on many reasons, circumstances and environment so mind telling me it’s a very difficult tings but some cause is we can understand. What is the cause of depression? First of unsuccessful things which we want to gain but ultimately we got failure.
Finical crisis, Economic lost etc, Family disturbance, Bad environment, Health problem, Physical problem, Unfamiliar people and friends, Bad habit smoking, drugs habit, Facing unnecessary problem by the other people or from any sector and office, government etc, Family misunderstanding, unfamiliar, helpless, unjustice, unnecessary blame etc, Reproductive problem, Biological problem and un fulfillment biological need, Noise pollution sound pollution air pollution, crowded environment unpeacefull place etc, Alive live, psychologically against un understandable behave from other,. Opposite defining, wrong defining, hurting behave ,un encourageble manner, true hide manner, Work stress,unhelp, blackmailing, economic cash , life history cash, copy about precious things, damaging behave each other, wrong and opposite expose, tolerating and personal weakness unexpected blame, misunderstanding life etc. How can we stop this? -First I advice to who was affected and affecting from depression problem about that suffering person must be think and set in your mind is that “Nothing is Impossible”. , -Second don’t reach for suicide situation before you should find your cause of problem of depression that which problems are bringing you for the depression and solve it from your mind with confidently and face it to kill cause of depression. If it was severe problem and matter and its not related your health but that encourage you for negative and tolerating your mind then find which person can solve your problem and who can gives you right way for fight and who can care you, and love you from main tally. If it is due to health than contact your good doctor expert but never stop your life with positive values. -For that first you should take maximum vegetarian food, fresh juice, soft, boiled, steam white fish, green fresh vegetable, and fresh almond for strong memory and sweet and fresh curd for peace and fresh mind, ( Note- if u suffering from pressure ,blood sugar and genetic disease and kidney disease than take all item from your expert advice.), -Avoid all smoking matter, -Avoid your all bad person and friend for that live away from those persons who let you negative sense, knowledge any way., -Take exercise it means kind of meditation exercise because depression indicates to your mind so you will win from depression when your mind get peace, positive and healthy. So boost every that things to your mind which made your mind strong positive with healthy. you cannot do anything’s if your mind become sick and weak. -Live as u can as a peaceful place, or and keep your visit belongs to naturally rich place or whatever you like, read books, and listen soft and sweat voice songs, music. Don’t use air phone all the time. You spend your time with your hobby things. Don’t leave and hurt your good person who was helping you . Talk to them time to time. *After other something is government and organization roll how to solve desperation problem and stop this problem. About it it’s a essential to end poverty and made 100% educated citizens, Good city planning, Good development country, self respectable policy and rules. End injustice, Make country peaceful self in dependable etc. I think its enough for the government but if any sector or government related expert need more about it than I will available with my strength and wisdom mind.
